                                                Main course                 : Small ball game (badminton)
                                                Time allocation            : 2x40 minutes
A.  Main Competence

3.    Knowing the knowledge (factual, conceptual, and procedural) based on inquiry sense about science, technology, art, culture that relevanced with phenomenom and visible incident.
4.    Trying, processing, and serving in the concrete domain (using, analyzing, stringing up, modifying, and making) and abstract domain (writing, reading, counting, drawing and arrange) appropriate within that learned on the school and other resources that same in the viewpoint or theory.

C.  Main Course
Small ball game with a badminton game. Badminton is a net game, using racket and shuttlecock and that is played by single or double players who. There is any basic technique on the badminton game. On this lesson, the students will learn about:
1.                  Long serve and short serve
2.                  Overhead clear shoot/ lob shoot.

1.      Approach          : Scientific
2.      Methods           : Demonstrate, reciprocal, practice.
3.      Model               : Cooperative Learning (Team Game Tournament)
E.  Media, tools, and learning resources
  1. Media and tools          :           Badminton court, serve picture, lob shoot picture, badminton racket,                                               shuttlecock, and cone.

G. Learning Process
  1. Introduction (15 minutes)
·         Teacher prepare all students on four lines and count up.

·         Teacher give a greeting and lead all students to pray.
·         Teacher checking attendance of students and give an aperception.
·         Teacher giving a motivation to all students.
·         Teacher deliver a purpose of lesson.
·         Teacher lead the students to warming up within stretching and small game.
  1.  Main Activities (55minutes)
1.      Observing
Students are divide to small group (4 students every group) then observing the badminton serve an lob shoot technique by teacher demonstrate and picture.
2.      Asking
Students make any questions about concepts of badminton serve and lob shoot technique.
3.      Trying/ collect information
Students was paired with friends on the same group, after that they are trying:
1.      Long serve technique
2.      Short serve technique
a)      Stand 3 to 4 feet behind short serve line
b)      Relax 
c)      Cock racket back to get a lot of back swing drop shuttle cock
d)     Hit cock at knee level
e)      The same for the short serve except you hit at thigh level instead of knee level.
3.      Overhead/ lob shoot technique
a)      Position self behind or under the fallen birdie
b)      Put racket at back scratching position
c)      Snap wrist when you hit birdie
d)     Hit high and should be 18 to 20 feet high.

4.      Association/ data analyzing
Student with peer found any fault that always doing when try the badminton serve and lob shoot technique. Then student with peer improve their motion so they’ll founded correct methods to doing badminton serve and lob shoot.
5.      Communicated
All group was collected, then every group pesented their result of observation about badminton serve and lob shoot concept. After that, was continued with discussion and reflection. Finally, all group will competition at the Lockhart-McPherson Badminton Test, that is a test that will sees if the students have the skills to play a basic game of Badminton. The students have a fifteen second practice right before they actually do the test.  The test is three thirty second trials.  The students will lines up behind a starting line, and then put the birdie into play while staying within the restraining box that is tapes on the floor.  The objective of the skills test is to keep the birdie in the air while hitting it above the tape mark on the wall that is supposed to be the net each time you hit the birdie above the net without going to high you get a point.  You are trying to get as many points as possible.  If the birdie touches the floor then you don’t get a point and you have to start at the beginning again behind the starting line also if you go out of bounds you gain no points.  This skills test works on hand eye coordination, agility, foot work, your serve, the grip of the racket and your shot to keep the ball in play.
Group who have most acumulated point is the winner.
  1. Closing (10minutes)
·         All students to do coolling down.
·         Teacher with students are doing reflection.
·         Teacher with students making conclusion.
·         Finnaly, students together with teacher are pray before dismissed.
